Terms of Service

1. The Service

LinerCheck provides a web-based tool for CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) liner verification calculations. The service includes calculation tools, project management, PDF export, and team collaboration features.

Calculations are based on the Dim-Easy methodology and relevant Nordic standards (currently Svenskt Vatten P101). Results are intended as engineering support tools — not as a substitute for professional engineering judgment.

2. Accounts & Access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Organization administrators manage team access and are responsible for the actions of invited members within their organization.

3. Subscription & Billing

Access to calculation features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed annually per organization, with additional per-seat fees for team members.

Prices are listed in SEK and are subject to change with 30 days notice. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into LinerCheck, including calculation inputs, project data, and exported reports.

We store your data securely and do not share it with third parties. Data is accessible only to members of your organization. You may export or delete your data at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

LinerCheck is provided as an engineering support tool. While we strive for accuracy, calculation results should always be verified by a qualified engineer before use in design or construction decisions.

LinerCheck AB is not liable for damages arising from reliance on calculation results. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineering the calculation methods, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
